GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Article 1 – Purpose of the general terms and conditions of use
Pomoneparis.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is open to all Internet users (hereinafter referred to as the User).
The present General Terms and Conditions of Use define and govern the terms of access and navigation on the Site and determine the respective rights and obligations of the User and the French company POMONE SAS (hereinafter referred to as POMONE) in the context of the use of the Site.
POMONE reserves the right to modify the present general terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice.
Article 2 – Use of the site and responsibilities
POMONE endeavours to update the content of the Site and to provide Users with accurate information. However, POMONE cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the data on the Site. POMONE declines all responsibility for any inaccuracy or omission concerning the data available on the Site as well as for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the said data. The User must use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose and not attempt to interfere with its proper functioning.
At any time, the User may subscribe to the Newsletter by specifying his/her email address. The first time the User places an order on the Site, he/she must create an account. The User must maintain the confidentiality of the login details for his/her account.
Article 3 – Access to the Site and responsibilities
POMONE endeavours to keep the Site accessible, but is under no obligation to do so. POMONE cannot be held responsible in the event of a failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation preventing access to the Site or to one of its functionalities or in the event of damage caused to the User, to third parties and/or to the User’s equipment as a result of connecting to the Site or using the Site.
